Once you complete you custom aligner series wear our ProClear™  Smile Maintainers regularly to maintain your beautiful smile. Wear your maintainers for 24 hours a day, during the first two weeks, except for eating and drinking. After that, you'll only need to wear them while you sleep. 

Our smile maintainers are specially designed  with a stronger material and can last for 4-6 months. After 6 months we recommend replacing them.
