Before you purchase your ProClear™ Aligner kit you must have completed the following:

· Purchase your ProClear™ Impression Kit and submit your dental impressions and photos as outlined in your kit instructions.

· Review your before and after smile simulation photo and video (You will be notified via e-mail when your smile simulation photo and video are ready for review and approval)

If you received your notification e-mail that your before and after photo and video are ready for review, please add the ProClear™ Aligner Kit to your shopping cart. During checkout you will be asked to approve your custom treatment plan to complete your purchase.
